Shipping & delivery
How fast will I get my order?
Orders are processed in 1–2 business days, then delivered in about 10–20 days, fully tracked. You'll get a tracking number by email the moment your order ships.
Where does it ship from?
From our overseas fulfillment center, with fully tracked delivery to your door (typically 10–20 days). No surprise customs fees — the price you see is the price you pay.
Is shipping free?
Shipping is free on US orders over $49. Orders under $49 have a flat shipping rate shown at checkout before you pay.
Can I track my order?
Yes. As soon as your order ships, we email you a tracking link. If it's been more than 2 business days and you haven't seen a tracking email, check your spam folder, then email us at hello@gowova.com and we'll track it down.
Do you ship internationally?
Right now we ship within the United States only. We're working on expanding — if you're outside the US and want a heads-up when we do, email hello@gowova.com.
Returns, refunds & warranty
What's your return policy?
You're covered by a 60-day money-back guarantee. If your Wova isn't right for you, return it within 60 days of delivery for a refund. See our full Refund & Returns policy for the details.
How does the 60-day money-back guarantee work?
Email hello@gowova.com within 60 days of delivery, tell us your order number, and we'll send return instructions. Once your return arrives back and is checked in, we issue your refund. Simple as that.
What if my fan stops working?
Every Wova comes with a 1-year warranty covering manufacturing defects. If it stops working normally within a year of delivery, email us with your order number and a short description (a photo or video helps). We'll repair or replace it, or refund you — no drama.
Who pays for return shipping?
If the return is because of a defect or our mistake, we cover return shipping. If you're returning it because you changed your mind, the customer covers return shipping. Full details are in the Refund & Returns policy.
The product
Is it actually quiet?
Yes — quiet is the whole point. The Wova fan is engineered to run softly so you can wear it on calls, at your desk, or out in public without it drowning everything out. On its lower settings it's barely there.
How long does the battery last, and how do I charge it?
Battery life depends on the speed setting — higher speeds use more power, lower speeds run longer. It's built to cool through a typical day on a single charge. It charges over a standard USB-C cable (included), so you can top it up from a laptop, power bank, wall adapter, or car charger.
Is it safe? It's bladeless, right?
Yes. The Wova fan is bladeless, so there are no exposed spinning blades — nothing to catch hair, fingers, or clothing. That's a big part of why it's comfortable to wear hands-free all day.
What colors does it come in?
Four colorways: Arctic White, Matte Black, Ocean Blue, and Blush.
How do I wear it?
It rests around your neck like a pair of headphones — flexible, lightweight, and adjustable enough to sit comfortably. Hands free, breeze on.
Ordering & payment
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), plus Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and the express options shown at checkout. Every payment is processed securely — we never see or store your full card details.
Is checkout secure?
Yes. Checkout runs on Shopify's secure, encrypted (SSL) payment system. Your payment information is handled by trusted processors and is never stored on our side.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We process orders quickly (that's the good news for delivery speed). If you need to change or cancel, email hello@gowova.com as soon as possible and we'll do our best to catch it before it ships. Once it's shipped, we'll help you through a return instead.
