We want you to love your Wova. If it isn't right for you, you're covered by our 60-day money-back guarantee.

60-day returns

Return your Wova within 60 days of delivery for a full refund. To be eligible, the item should be in resellable condition with all original parts and packaging. To start a return, email hello@wova.com with your order number and we'll send simple instructions.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund is issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Return shipping

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we cover return shipping. For change-of-mind returns, return shipping is the customer's responsibility.

1-Year Warranty

Every Wova includes a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects. Email hello@wova.com with your order number to start a claim.

Shipping & delivery times

Orders are processed in 1-2 business days and arrive in about 10-20 days, fully tracked. Refunds for non-delivery are issued after 30 business days from the ship date.
