By placing an order with Wova, you agree to the terms below.

Pricing and availability. Prices and product availability are subject to change without notice. If a product is out of stock after your order is placed, we'll notify you and offer a refund or substitute.

Order accuracy. You're responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. We're not liable for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Shipping & delivery. Orders are processed in 1-2 business days and arrive in about 10-20 days, fully tracked. See our Shipping and Refund policies for details.

Product use. The Wova neck fan is a personal comfort device, not a medical device, and makes no medical claims. Use as directed.

Use of the site. You may not use this site for any unlawful purpose. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time.

Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, USA.
